Returns and Exchanges
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs).
- Incorrect Sizing: If you receive an incorrect size, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We can arrange for an exchange for the correct size. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that are not defective or incorrect in size. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
